Registration

Student Registration form needs to be filled out and sent to us with payment information by mail, e-mail or fax.

Registration fee is $25 per student, $35 per family.

 

Registration due date - June 1. After the due date the tuition will go up by 5%.

The registration fee is nonrefundable.

 

Accommodations

If you have any questions about room and discounts for kids please contact us.

 

Cancellation insurance

The full payment are fully refundable before your ISBC begins, only if you are applying for the cancellation insurance prior to registration. For your protection, cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

The registration fee and deposit are nonrefundable.

Accompany

Guests who are accompanying students have to pay a registration fee of $20.00 prior to registering.

We accept VISA or MASTER CARD. Check or Money Order payable to Academy of Dance and Creative Arts (ADACA) and send to:

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

 

All students will have accident insurance during the ballet seminar and the final performance only.
